    Ed is the Executive Director PACE.  Ed leads with more than 25 years of experience in Community and Economic Development in the Kansas City area. Ed serves as a liaison with public, private, and non-profits for business attraction, creation, expansion, and retention within Parkville. PACE actively promotes Parkville as a great place to live, work, learn, and play.

    – PEDC has been a member of Parkville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2011
    – Ed is a Board member of the Parkville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2021
    – Ed is also a Board member of Main Street Parkville Association since 2021
    – Ed is a Board member of Platte County Economic Development Council since 2021
    – Ed is a Board member of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2021

    Gretchen Moran, Program Director

    Gretchen spent her professional career in administrative support roles in health care, litigation law, accounting, and oil & gas with the last half in C-Suite administrative support. In 2018, she left the corporate world to start her own business as a professional organizer, working with business owners as well as homeowners. January 2023 the Chamber engaged her as a consultant to assist with the PACE merger. Then in May, she accepted the offer to join PACE as the new program director.  Gretchen brings with her over 30 years of experience as well as her shining personality. She is a past and present president of the Clay Platte BNI chapter, an ambassador at the ACA North Club, and has held various church leadership roles over the past 13 years. Gretchen and her husband Marty live in Holt, MO where they enjoy outdoor adventures, hiking, and boating as well as gardening.
